What we publish
Each article explains one development in our own words: what happened, why, and what residents need to know or do. We do not republish other outlets’ articles; we credit and link the reports and official documents we draw on.
How we work
Our articles are researched and written with the help of AI tools, working from news reports, official notices and public records. A story is published only when its core facts are confirmed by at least two independent, reputable sources, which are linked in the article and listed at the end. Our process checks every draft against those sources before publication, including a check that the wording is our own and not copied. Articles are not individually reviewed by a human editor before they go live, and every article ends with a note saying it was written with AI assistance.
